Q: When are you open?

A: We are open for Walk Up Service only Tuesday -Friday from 11am-5:30pm and Saturdays from 11am-1pm


 

Q: Can I come inside the Library?

A: At this time unfortunately we are not open for in person browsing.


 

Q: When will you be physically open again?

A: Honestly, we don't know. The situation is constantly changing and therefore so are our policies, but we will be sure to let you know when they do change!


 

Q: Why are my books/dvds taking so long to get here?

A: Because of covid, all items must be quarantined for 5 days when they arrive at the library. This applies to local returns and to books arriving from other libraries through inter-library loan. We promise we are getting your items to you as fast as possible!


 

Q: If I request a book should I call to see if it has come in?

A: That is not neccessary, we will call you as soon as your item is ready to be picked up!


 

Q: I'm having a hard time figuring out how to request something/access my account/etc. online, what should I do?

A: Call us! We can put in the request for you, or (hopefully) answer any questions you have regarding the library and library materials.
