The Cantwell Community Room at the Saranac Lake Free Library offers a versatile and welcoming space for community gatherings, events, and educational programs. This well-equipped facility is an ideal venue for local organizations and individuals to host meetings, workshops, and special occasions, fostering community engagement and learning.
The Whitefield Tutoring Room is on the main floor of the library, it is fully enclosed and is ideal for small group study sessions, tutoring or simply a more private quiet space to work in. The tutoring room is available first come first serve and may be reserved ahead of time.
Materials in the Adirondack Collection do not circulate. Strict rules set by the Adirondack Committee govern use of the Collection. A copy of the rules is obtainable at the library. The room is open to researchers at no charge.
